• Parents of children entering school in kindergarten through fifth grade in the Pender County School System must bring a certified copy of the child's birth certificate, immunization records, the child's Social Security card, and proof of a physical from a doctor as well as proof of address.
• Students transferring into the Pender County School System must bring a certified birth certificate and immunization records as well as proof of address; in addition, a copy of their most recent report card and recent standardized testing data are also helpful.
